German championships in pumptrack this Saturday was quite a fun race. Pumptrack is a no pedal race on a special track, where you have to get as fast as possible by pumping little obstacles such as rollers, tables and turns. We got rid of our chains, sprockets, chain guides, derailleurs, front brakes and went to action.
German organizators didnt really stick to a time schedule and I wasnt feeling 100% healthy so the whole day and night racing didnt make me feel good. I got first and second in my qualification, but the elimination rounds were too much for me already. I got 5th overall and was done.
I skipped Sunday 4X, because I fly today to Scotland for the next WC. From there I will go straight to Germany again for the Euro Championships.
