Fourth stop of 4X World Cup took place in new location Austria, Leogang. The track build by Guido Tschugg was interesting.. lots of new obstacles, not really placed logicaly and not really safely.. with some heavy rain, mud and cold it was again hard combination and some of the top riders crashed hard. I liked it after all.
On Friday I managed to jump everything and got throu the course nicely.. 20th fastest time. On Saturday race I was ready for a cold weather and quite enjoyed it. My spot that day was second turn... In the first run, 1/16 we all 4 riders fell. I got up third and finished first after all. In the next run, I was going for the free inside, but slid out and fell again.. got up 4th.. 27th overall. After I watched the replay, I think that the first rider could be easily disqualified for running over the gate, but the officials didnt see that obviously..
Next race: Last round of Euro 4X Series, Leogang again
